Patricia brings vast experience to Zwillinger & Georgelos
in real estate lending and litigation. She has handled a wide
variety of cases in her career including representation of
Resolution Trust Corporation and matters against attorneys
and accountants involving real estate fraud. Patricia assisted
the California federal prosecutors in the prosecution of Charles
Keating, Jr. in the Lincoln Savings failure. She also represented
the Arizona Legislature in the impeachment of Governor Evan
Mecham.
Her experience in complex real estate development,
acquisition and finance transactions, as well as litigation,
affords Patricia a unique perspective to ensure clients do
not encounter problems in their real estate transactions. |
