| Judi has substantial experience in the corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and business
workout areas. She has represented a variety of business entities in sophisticated
transactions, including the purchase and sale of businesses, buy-sell agreements,
and other business and contract issues. Her corporate work includes representation
of companies and individuals with their legal and business needs in connection with
business matters in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and
other corporate matters. Judi’s experience also includes negotiating the terms of various
types of business and financing transactions and drafting the documentation to
effectively implement those transactions on behalf of clients. |
