Felecia A. Rotellni

Ms. Rotellini served for nearly four years as the Superintendent of the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions that oversees all financial services in Arizona, including state chartered banks and credit unions, mortgage broker and banker companies, collection agencies, consumer and pay day lenders, escrow companies and money transmitters.  Prior to her appointment as Superintendent, she was a litigator in the private sector and for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office.  As an Assistant Attorney General for thirteen years, Felecia worked in both the Civil and Criminal Divisions prosecuting consumer and financial fraud and representing the Departments of Financial Institutions, Real Estate and Insurance. She also headed the Major Cases Unit for the Arizona Board of Accountancy where Felecia investigated audit failures of publicly traded and large companies.

Felecia brings her extensive background in litigation, financial services, regulatory compliance, administrative law and public policy to the firm.
