Brian is a member of the firm’s commercial litigation division. He has represented
clients in both state and federal court in an extensive variety of litigation matters
including complex commercial cases, title insurance litigation, corporate control
disputes, legal malpractice cases, state appeals, contract disputes, collection
matters, general business litigation, and commercial tort cases.
Prior to joining Zwillinger Greek Zwillinger & Knecht PC, Brian served as trial
counsel to Fidelity National Title Insurance Company’s Southwest Law Group.
Before his stint with Fidelity, Brian served as a litigation associate with the firm of
Stinson Morrison Hecker, LLP.
